No, Dan has been helping people of all ages and skill level learn how to fish.  Dan has completed the Minnesota DNR’s Minn-aqua Leaders Program.  A state program that is designed to help leaders in the fishing industry better understand fish, fish behavior and how to teach these skills to others. If you are a beginner or want to take it to the next level, give Dan a call.

  • Camera for pictures!
Where can I purchase a fishing license?2023-03-26T10:47:26-05:00

Everyone 16-89 years of age that will be fishing needs a current Minnesota fishing license. You can either purchase a fishing license on line by following the instruction on the Minnesota DNR web site at http://licenses.dnr.state.mn.us or by calling 1-888-665-4236.

Which fishing license should I purchase?2016-03-31T09:05:21-05:00

Depending on where you live, you should purchase a resident 24 hour angling fishing license if you live in Minnesota and a 24 hour angling non-resident fishing license if you live out of state.  You will need to provide proof of residency.

What do we do with the fish we catch?2023-03-29T07:39:41-05:00

We suggest the, “Catch, Photo and Release” program that many anglers are following today.  If you do catch a trophy fish, we can set you up with a taxidermist to have a replica made of your prize fish.  If you do keep any fish, please be aware that Minnesota has specific laws regarding how many fish you can keep for each species.  Areas lakes do not have fish cleaning houses at the boat landings.  Please bring a bucket to carry your fish home.
